Walmart has announced to buy Jet.com to compete with World’s top E-commerce platform – Amazon.

Walmart would be acquiring the Jet.com (An Online Shopping Site) for $3 Billion in Cash and with plus up to Dollor 300 Million in Shares for founders and Others of the Company Jet.com.
