The Wayback Machine is a digital archive of the World Wide Web(WWW).
These information on the Internet created by the Internet Archive, a nonprofit organization, based in San Francisco, California, United States.

According to the above listed image by InToday website, some of the users in India are not able to access the WayBack Machine – Internet Archive Website as it shows an message like,
“Your requested URL has been blocked as per the direction received from Department of Telecommunications, Government of India, Please contact administrator for more information.”
Internet Archive (WayBack Machine) website works by trawling millions of website in internet and captures the website’s by recording a screenshot then it is stored. This website allows user to look up into a certain saved website in future with particular date and year.
