Walmart Acquires Jet.com to compete with Amazon

Walmart has announced to buy Jet.com to compete with World’s top E-commerce platform – Amazon.

Walmart would be acquiring the Jet.com (An Online Shopping Site) for $3 Billion in Cash and with plus up to Dollor 300 Million in Shares for founders and Others of the Company Jet.com.

Marc Lore, The CEO of jet.com, Will lead both the Jet.com and Walmart shopping.


“This is how Walmart is being even more committed to winning in the World’s e-commerce Platform”, Said by Doug McMillon, the president and CEO of Walmart.
